Note. Sales were up 19% on August, but the margin fell from 43.0% to 35.5% because materials cost far more than in a usual month. Net profit fell by R17,370 to R50,190, and one customer invoice of R105,000 is more than 90 days past due.

Hosted, your figures sit in your own private set-up with its own database on our server in South Africa, reached only through your own sign-in. Either way they are never put on a shared platform.
No. Your bookkeeper keeps capturing your transactions and your accountant keeps doing your tax and annual financial statements. ClearViewBi explains the numbers they produce and points out problems early.
Never. The connection to your accounting software and bank data is read-only.
Hosted, nothing: the server is in a data centre with its own backup power. With a box, the backup power unit keeps the computer running through short outages and shuts it down safely during long ones, and it carries on by itself when the power returns.
Only the people you add, each with their own password and a second sign-in step, and ClearViewBi for support over a private encrypted connection. With a box, you can switch our access off at any time.
Give 30 days' notice. You get a full copy of your data, and with a box the computer stays with you.
You are welcome back. With a box, we simply switch your reports on again. Hosted, we keep one encrypted backup of your ClearViewBi for 12 months after you leave, so coming back within that time restores everything as it was, with no set-up fee. You can ask us to delete that backup at any time.
